Yoga at The Perch

Move mindfully as you connect with your body.

Yoga can help us feel calmer, more peaceful, and more in touch with our bodies. It can build strength (mentally and physically) and help us stretch and rest. Yoga has helped me immensely over the last 12 years: mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. If you're looking to get your body moving in a healthy, contemplative way, I'd love to practice yoga with you!

I offer a number of yoga opportunities: Tuesday Night Yoga classes at The Perch in Aurora, Illinois, an at-home yoga program called the Beginner Yoga Series, and a variety of workshops that combine yoga, guided meditation, and more.

What you can expect during Perch yoga classes:

You'll leave feeling more grounded, peaceful, and comfortable in your body. Yoga classes are open to all adults regardless of gender or experience level.
