Yoga at The Perch

Move mindfully as you connect with your body.

Yoga can help us feel calmer, more peaceful, and more in touch with our bodies. It can build strength (mentally and physically) and help us stretch and rest. Yoga has helped me immensely over the last 13 years: mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. If you're looking to get your body moving in a healthy, contemplative way, I'd love to practice yoga with you!

I offer a number of yoga opportunities: weekly yoga classes at The Perch in Aurora, Illinois, two at-home yoga programs called Take What You Need yoga series and the Beginner Yoga Series, and a variety of workshops that combine yoga, guided meditation, and more.

What you can expect during Perch yoga classes:

  • Invitation to be mindful and connect with your body

  • Peaceful, nurturing, supportive environment

  • Focus on safely and confidently doing the poses

  • Clear instructions

  • Beginner-friendly environment


You'll leave feeling more grounded, peaceful, and comfortable in your body. Yoga classes are open to all adults regardless of gender or experience level.
